Talamore Senior Living

Objective

A joint venture between Ryan Companies and Great Lakes Management Co., Talamore Senior Living is a new community in St. Cloud, Minnesota, that offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care. As the partners began designing the building, they sought Affina’s assistance developing a name, logo, tagline, and brand identity.

Strategy

To gather key information about the new building and its target audience – seniors and often their adult daughters – we facilitated a branding session with both companies. We then presented the brand platform and fine-tuned with the team, using it as the foundation for naming, logo, tagline, and brand identity development.
