After the loss of its founder, Harbage Consulting – a firm that helps clients understand, navigate, and succeed in implementing a wide range of health care policies and programs – decided to reevaluate its value proposition and rebrand its look. It brought Affina onboard to guide the process.
We began by gathering input from key stakeholders during sessions with the executive team and then an employee team. Simultaneously, we conducted a competitive audit to see where opportunities for differentiation existed.
The findings informed a variety of deliverables including brand platform, tagline, and logo refinement. In addition to its original request for a new website, Harbage expanded the project to include a full identity system, tradeshow banners, brochures, and ads.
